Support and product truth

Understand each state before taking the next action.

PostLumi keeps prepared, approved, scheduled, paused, cancelled, failed and published states separate. X can use a live authorized connection; Instagram and Facebook delivery remains simulated, and engagement analytics remain unavailable.

Common questions

Use these boundaries to understand what is live, what stays in PostLumi, and what action to take next.

Can an agent publish for me?

You choose. With Auto-approve off, an agent can only prepare an exact preview for your review. If you turn Auto-approve on, future UI and MCP publishing requests can enter the queue without a separate per-post review. The agent cannot change this preference, and live X requests can consume provider credits.

What happens when I turn Auto-approve off?

New publishing requests return to manual review immediately. Existing pending approvals stay pending, and work already queued remains visible in Calendar where you can pause or cancel it.

Why is a platform missing?

Only exact connections marked ready are included. Connect or reconnect X in Settings; unavailable destinations stay visibly excluded.

Are likes and reach zero?

No. They are unavailable because no live provider analytics permission is configured.

How do I stop queued work?

Pause the whole workspace in Settings or cancel an individual destination from Calendar.

Need operator support?
